That’s why we fry everything in 100% beef tallow, not industrial seed oils, for richer flavor and a cleaner finish. We’ve also significantly reduced seed oils across our kitchens, using alternatives like olive oil, butter, and avocado oil in our dressings and sauces whenever possible. It’s a simple commitment to quality, flavor, and cooking the way it should be done.
